Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee:

• Educate customers on available packages and assist with service enrollment to ensure a smooth enrollment process and close sales
• Represent AT&T and promote products and services to potential customers daily to drive brand awareness
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries about AT&T products and services
• Learn the ins and out of the role to be able to expand into a full management role leading a team of individuals and managing customer accounts
• Connect with customers to ensure their satisfaction; Every member plays a crucial role in this mission, making our customers feel valued and integral to our success
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T services, pricing, and promotions

Qualifications for the Entry Level Management Trainee position:

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, or related fields preferred but not required
• A professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
• A problem-solving mindset and a desire to help others
• Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Driven to help clients succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
