The Role
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the U.S. sales team, driving new business acquisition, and expanding partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who can balance strategy with execution.
✔ 2 years of cybersecurity sales experience
✔ 2 years managing full-cycle sales reps
✔ Experience working within the channel and driving partner relationships
✔ Based in Greater New England, with the ability to be in the office at least once a week

- Lead and grow a team of AEs and BDRs
- Drive new logo acquisition by developing and executing outbound sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate top-of-funnel pipeline
- Work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize sales processes
