Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enrollment Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed enrollment goals across all locations.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive family engagement and increase enrollment.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective families, ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and parent groups to enhance brand awareness and referral opportunities.
- Oversee CRM management, ensuring all leads are effectively tracked and converted.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Set clear KPIs for the sales team and track progress using data-driven insights.
- Foster a culture of customer-centric selling, ensuring a consultative approach to helping families find the right educational fit.
- Work closely with center directors and operational teams to align sales efforts with capacity planning and program availability.

- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
- 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in education, childcare, retail, or multi-location service industries.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week schedule, with occasional off-hours for business needs (e.g., networking events, conferences, business meetings).
- Ability to sit for long periods at a computer in a primarily sedentary position; manual dexterity required for computer and peripherals.
- Some travel required (less than 40% of the time).
- Proven track record of driving enrollment growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
