What You Should Have
- At least 5 years in B2B Architectural Lighting sales. Due to the technical aspect, this is critical. Do not apply if you don't have this.
- Some experience in a leadership or strategic capacity is ideal
- Track record of success in hunting new business as well as managing existing accounts
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive is essential. The CEO hires 50% on attitude.
- Live in the Boston area ideally. New York is also acceptable.
- Blended leadership and individual contributor role. Early stage, so it's an opportunity to shape a sales team and strategy.
- Projected growth is from $1.4M (current) to 5M (2 years) to $16M (5 years).
