They are seeking a leader to establish the systems / operational foundation needed to support this expansion and ensure long-term success.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations and strategic planning, focusing on implementing SOPs, setting up technologies like Procore, and streamlining systems to prepare the team for larger projects. You will oversee federal contracts to ensure compliance and on-time, on-budget delivery, while collaborating with ownership to align on priorities and drive growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing operations, scaling the business to $20M in revenue, and building a strong, efficient foundation for long-term success.
