What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build strong relationships with regional carriers, MGAs, and brokerages
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and sales leadership
- Help shape the go-to-market strategy for U.S. expansion
Compensation
- Base: $85K–$100K | OTE: $170K–$200K (uncapped)
- Equity: Offered benefits via EOR (launching soon)
Background
- 2 years of full-cycle AE experience
- Insurance experience / exposure is preferred
- Strong value-based selling skills
- Comfortable with $50K–$500K deal sizes
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable with fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Des Moines, IA
