A fast-growing, innovative leader in the dermatology SaaS space is seeking a Sales Representative to join our expanding team. We are on track to triple our ARR over the next four years.
In this role, you’ll focus on bringing in new clients in the dermatology space, primarily targeting practices with 1-5 providers. Reps typically spend about 20-30% of their time in the field, while the rest is spent working remotely from a home office. A typical day involves making cold calls, setting up and running meetings, conducting demos, and nurturing opportunities in your pipeline, with 80% of leads self-sourced and 20% of appointments set for you. This is a true hunter role where you’ll actively pursue new business and navigate a sales cycle that typically ranges from 90 to 120 days. Each rep is provided a company credit card for expenses like dinners, lunch and learns, donuts, and customized gifts.
To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of hunting within a full sales cycle in the healthcare space, with a focus on small practices (under 10 providers). Proven experience in SaaS sales is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Commission: Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, with an OTE of $152,000 - $172,000 at 100% quota attainment. Top performers have the potential to exceed $200,000.

The Right Background:
- At least 1 year of hunting within a full sales cycle in the healthcare space, with a focus on small practices (under 10 providers).
- Proven experience in SaaS sales is required.
- Knowledge of EHR or Practice Mgt solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to travel in the field/to tradeshows 20% - 30%.
- You must live in one of these states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Alaska, and Hawaii.
