What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Hire Recruiter position at SalesFiit Recruiting?

Our award-winning ERP staffing client is seeking a dynamic Full-Desk Recruiter with proven business development, client-facing, and direct-hire recruiting experience.

Location : In-Office (Greater Morrisville, PA area)

Schedule : 32 hours / week, Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Fridays off!)

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting for Technology Roles and More : Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in direct hire positions across various verticals, including Technology / ERP / IT, and more.
Business Development & Client Relations : Identify and engage new technology clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and innovative outreach channels.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving tech talent needs.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline , ensuring a continuous flow of top talent for current and future openings.
Performance & Metrics Driven : Meet or exceed monthly targets including new client engagements, candidate placements, and revenue contributions.

Who You Are :

Experienced Direct Hire Recruiting Professional : You have a solid background in full-desk recruiting with demonstrable success in direct hire placements. Candidates with technology and / or executive recruiting experience will be highly considered.

You’ve also managed business development and client-facing responsibilities , showing versatility in both recruiting and sales .

Relationship Builder : Your excellent communication skills enable you to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Results-Oriented : You thrive in a target-driven environment and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment and sales goals.

Adaptable & Proactive : You are a self-starter who can navigate the complexities of technology recruiting while continuously seeking innovative ways to grow business.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary : $40,000-$70,000

Commission : Tiered and Uncapped

Performance Bonuses : Quarterly

Tenure-Based Salary Bonus : Annually

Estimated 1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $75,000-$115,000
