JOB :
As the Inside Sales Process and Analytics Manager you will be responsible for Inside Sales development, workflow optimization, and data analytics / systems reporting. This role will play an integral part in standardizing the on-boarding and the continued sales as well as technical development of the IS team. The right person is able to maximize workflow optimization to increase revenue per team member. They will be able to use data analytics and internal systems while communicating with front-line managers to determine how the team can improve.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5 years of Inside Sales experience
- Minimum 2 years managing experience
- Experience putting together onboarding and development plans
- OQ workflow process development and execution experience
- CRM and data analytics tools reporting and management experience
- Knowledge of the Industrial Supply Industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principals
- Experience working with or selling cranes is a HUGE plus
- Bachelors or Associate is preferred
- Must have a clean driving record (Need to pass an MVR check)
- MUST live in Royersford, PA
BENEFITS :
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
