THE JOB:
In this role, you will grow and maintain business relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners in the Rochester, MN area.
Your remote and field work will focus on securing new projects in your territory while seeing each project's completion to fruition. On any given day you may find yourself in a boardroom speaking with business leaders or on a job site surveying a commercial project with developers.This involves collaborating with other inside sales, engineering, and support team members to meet customer requirements.
A couple of times a week you will also be able to entertain customers through happy hours, lunches/dinners, sporting events, etc.
You will be given plenty of training and resources to drive success in this position. The right person for this role will have territory sales experience within industrial manufacturing and/or construction.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-10 years of territory sales and/or project management experience
- Has industrial sales experience
- Enjoys socializing and networking with customers
- Must reside in Rochester, MN area able to travel throughout the territory to visit customers

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
