THE JOB :
As the Purchasing / Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory levels - This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining purchasing, inside sales, and customer service. Key responsibilities include :
- Managing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
- Sourcing specialty hardware and fasteners for industrial clients.
- Handling small inbound customer orders with care and precision.
- Collaborating with the team to support client needs and drive efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service in alignment with company standards.
