Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Under the direction of the Student Support Services Director, the Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing support, consultation, and training to administrators, teachers, staff, and paraeducators in implementing appropriate behavioral interventions; conducting functional behavior assessments; developing behavioral intervention plans and/or escalation cycle management plans; overseeing the Para Educator III and supporting classrooms and students; training and evaluating the performance of assigned staff. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology - Three (3) years experience in an educational setting developing and implementing positive behavioral intervention plans for students diagnosed with complex and/or severe or other behavioral challenges - One (1) year of experience supervising - Advanced training in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis
