Department : Marketing The marketing and event coordinator is responsible for planning and supporting various internal and external events to ensure successful brand alignment.
The coordinator must work quickly, under pressure and possess strong strategic and communication skills while paying close attention to details.
The marketing and event coordinator will interact with the leadership team, have high visibility within the organization, and have significant interaction with external community stakeholders.
- Develop event strategies, including themes, schedules, budgets, attendee experiences, etc.
- Conduct research and site visits to select and secure appropriate venues.
- Coordinate the production of all event-related materials, including invitations, signage, name badges, etc.
- Help support community outreach, health and wellness events, and projects as they further the organization's mission.
- Creates compelling PowerPoint presentations for meetings, education, and community outreach.
- Other duties as assigned. Education : Bachelor's degree required.
Preferably in Marketing, Communications or Events. Licensure : None. Experience : A minimum of two (2) years' experience working in marketing, sales, event coordination or communication field.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with a project management system, such as Basecamp, and Monday.com preferred. Pay Range : The hourly rate for this position is $34.93 - $43.66.
