We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Saline Memorial Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing Patient Needs: Evaluate patients' medical histories, current health statuses, and readiness for surgery, including reviewing lab results and ensuring informed consent forms are correctly completed.
- Developing Care Plans: Create individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their medical history, current health status, and personal preferences.
- Coordinating Care: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care, including medication management, wound care, and education.
- Providing Education: Educate patients and families about the surgical process, post-operative care, and self-care techniques to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Monitors Vital Signs: Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation, to identify potential complications and take corrective action.
Required Qualifications:
- A current state RN license
- An Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- One year of experience in a PACU or similar setting
