Job Description :
Provides complex administrative support in the coordination of operational tasks involved in the day-to-day administration of the Accounting and Legal Studies Department, assist in the development and support of numerous programmatic AACSB Accounting Accreditation efforts and initiatives, and compile needed documentation for continued accreditation. This position also provides support to the Experiential Learning Experiences for Accounting majors.
Authority and Accountability
Reports to department chair. Accounting Graduate Assistant reports to this position.
Required / Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of three years' experience providing administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior event coordination experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, comprehensive understanding and troubleshooting ability for CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and QuickBooks and database management software, such as Box is preferred.

The position is a full-time, non-exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.
