The ideal Class A CDL driver has excellent driving and communication skills and is company-oriented yet customer-focused. This person must have a Class A CDL, have OTR experience, be honest, trustworthy, and a team player.
Previous Thoroughbred handling experience is required.Drive Regionally and OTR predominantly East of the Mississippi and be willing to team drive OTR during peak seasons.
Compensation :
- Average annual gross pay : $80,000 - $100,000 per driver
- Average weekly gross pay : $950- $2,000 per driver

Home time : Varies with industry calendar. Drivers can expect to be out 7 28 days. You can stay out longer if you want. Weekend home time is not guaranteed.January - March drivers may only be out on 1- 2 round triprunsper week and be home often, however during peak season they maybe out 3-4 weeks on 12-14 runs per month. Dispatch will work to accommodate home time requests if possible.
Schedule : Drivers must be available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery scheduled. Weekend work required.Route : Eastern half of the Mississippi; most often NY, NJ, MD, Toronto, KY, FL.Level of Touch : Drivers set up stalls, load and unload cargo while operating cargo handling equipment.
