What You'll Do
- Learn to develop applications that fulfill business requirements using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce & Lightning pages, and configurative development using Flow/Custom Metadata.
- Gain experience with AWS serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway, while developing C# integration services that connect our Salesforce platform with other business systems
- Work with SQL Server to build and optimize database queries for data integration and reporting needs
- Develop skills in testing automation, including writing unit tests, integration tests, and browser tests (using tools like Playwright)
- Gain experience troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions across both cloud platforms and integrated systems
- Grow your craft as a Software Engineer/Developer by learning the latest design patterns, principles, and technologies through mentorship, training, and hands-on projects
What You Have
Minimum education, skills and experience required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (entry level candidates or upcoming May graduates welcome)
- Strong foundation in programming concepts and object-oriented principles from coursework or personal projects
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coursework or personal projects)
- Familiarity with database concepts
- Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies including cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
Preferred education, skills and experience required :
- Programming projects (academic or personal) demonstrating full stack development capabilities
- Any exposure to testing methodologies or automation frameworks (unit testing, integration testing, or browser testing tools like Playwright)
- Any exposure to AWS services, serverless concepts, or cloud computing through coursework or personal interest
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- Exposure to C# or similar object-oriented languages
- Experience with source control systems like Git
- Any experience with Salesforce platform or CRM concepts
- Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or open-source contributions
- Interest in or exposure to agile development methodologies
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
