What You'll Contribute
The Manager, Process Management will be responsible for managing process improvement initiatives within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Conduct process assessments and analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, using tools such as process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Manage process improvement plans and initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
- Manage and support project teams in the execution of process improvement projects, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and leverage process automation opportunities, working closely with IT teams to implement appropriate technology solutions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, conduct regular reviews and audits, and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
