What You'll Contribute

The Manager, Process Management will be responsible for managing process improvement initiatives within the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct process assessments and analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, using tools such as process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage process improvement plans and initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Manage and support project teams in the execution of process improvement projects, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and leverage process automation opportunities, working closely with IT teams to implement appropriate technology solutions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, conduct regular reviews and audits, and identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify control needs and design effective control measures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of control procedures, including control narratives, process flows, risk registers, and control testing results.

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools, as well as process automation technologies.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.

Preferred Education, Skills, And Experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in process management, process improvement, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving process optimization and efficiency.
