The Senior Manager, Project Management will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives within the organization. The candidate will be positioned within the Program Management Office (PMO) that is responsible for management of business and technology initiatives across the organization. This unique role requires a dynamic individual that can work cross-functionally to manage the delivery of our strategic programs, while interacting with senior leaders with various backgrounds and skillsets.

What You'll Do
- Manage the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
- Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to ensure successful project execution.
What You Have
Minimum
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing project strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software tools and applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not required.
- 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role overseeing complex projects.
- PMP is strongly preferred
