Full-Time Infection Control Nurse

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct regular infection surveillance, monitoring, and reporting.
Educate and train staff on infection prevention protocols and safety measures.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to reduce infection risks and improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines.
Investigate infection outbreaks and implement control strategies.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
RN preferred (LPN with relevant experience may be considered).
At least one year of experience in infection prevention or a related role preferred.
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
