What You’ll Do:
As the Assistant Business Office Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of the facility. Under the direction of the Business Office Manager and Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with billing, collections, and insurance verification
Managing patient trust accounts and daily cash handling
Helping with payroll processing and accounts payable
Supporting admissions and discharge processes
Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in healthcare billing, finance, or office administration (LTC or SNF experience a plus!)
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EHR systems preferred
