Responsibilities- Lead and manage landscaping and hardscaping crews.
- Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and clients about plans and production goals.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and record all expenses and crew hours worked.
- Oversee job sites from preparation to completion, ensuring a clean and safe worksite.
- Complete necessary paperwork and information related to the job.
- Engage with clients to ensure job satisfaction.
- 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams.
- Proficiency in installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
