Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP is seeking an insurance defense paralegal to be part of our collaborative team in defending our self-insured and insurance carrier clients. Our paralegals play an integral role in managing the Firm's cases and supporting our attorneys. We will rely on your critical thinking skills as you review claim files, request and review medical records, conduct social media searches, assist with discovery, determine appropriate IME's and prepare matters for depositions, mediations and trials.
Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years' experience with the above noted tasks as a billing timekeeper. Mentorship will be provided if requested, however, most of your work will be done independently.
While we have a very pleasant and cooperative office environment available in Sewell (i.e. Washington Township), you are also free to work 100% remotely if you desire once you are acclimated to the Firm personnel and the cases. This position is full time, but hours are flexible as needed.
