Job Summary
Regional Education Assistant Manager executes all aspects In-Store and In-Salon education events and activities for specific US states. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager to execute strategies, influence, and build relationships with cross functional team members & brands. Collaboration, communication, and a data first mindset will be critical to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities :
- Creation and maintenance of records for both In Store and In Salon records within assigned market; track all event deadlines, ensure everything is on-time and on-task, report on bookings, attendance, sell outs and cancellations.
- Identify key Education markets by brand in partnership with Senior Manager / Manager. Identify and communicate wins, risks & opportunities using a data β first approach.
- Build relationships with sales team members within assigned US states to influence, ensure ticket sell thru and create action plans.
- Assist Regional Education Senior Manager / Manager in creating, maintaining, and reviewing budgets for all classes. Update all appropriate systems to reflect projected and actual expenses / revenue.
- Creation and dissemination of contracts for Educators based on class requirements and budgets.
- Cross functional collaboration to ensure classes launch on time and accurately. The Assistant Manager is responsible for flawless execution of class details in all applicable systems to ensure a positive customer experience. This includes but is not limited to the creation of class flyers, collecting and sharing marketing materials, timely and accurate material code creation.
- Reconcile all artist expense reports; process invoices, approve timesheets and update all appropriate records to ensure accurate quarterly reconciliation of expenses.
- Create Product Orders and communicate class needs with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Track product shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure attendee data has been captured using AMS.
- Attend occasional education events and tradeshows as needed (minimal travel required)
- Participate in education planning meetings as needed.
- Perform other departmental duties as directed by Education Leadership team.
