Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the colleagues and shifts at Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, and Blue Mojito Bar.
- Oversee or assist with banquet operations, ensuring smooth and seamless service during events.
- Perform weekly payroll duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create the weekly schedule and work within our payroll system to post and ensure an accurate payroll
- Coach, train, and onboard new team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service standards.
- Deliver colleague training for service skills and F&B knowledge.
- Assist in maintaining food and beverage inventory and ordering.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest feedback or concerns.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and other department leaders to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of previous progressive hotel food and beverage experience, preferably in a resort or fine dining environment.
- Prefer 2 years of prior supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
- Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
