Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
Provide additional beauty services as needed, such as hair threading, dermal fillers, or nail care.
Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to offer the best service possible.
Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.

Knowledge of color theory, hair styling, barbering, dermabrasion, tattooing, or other related skills is a plus.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple appointments efficiently.

A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is preferred but not mandatory depending on local regulations.
