We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and customer-focused Lash Technician to join our dynamic team and support our established clientele.

Job Description :

As a Lash Technician at Healthy Glow Beauty & MedSpa, you will be responsible for providing professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions. Your expertise will help clients enhance their natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform high-quality lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume techniques.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Promote additional spa services and retail products as part of the overall client experience.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through professional and personalized service.

Qualifications :

  • Certification in lash extension application (required)
  • 1-2 years experience in lash extension services
  • Knowledge of lash care products and aftercare procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and continuous learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
