Salons by JC is seeking a dynamic Concierge Manager to join our San Antonio team. As a vital part of our community, the Concierge Manager will oversee daily operations,manage salon suites, and ensure the salon remains at full capacity.
Responsibilities:
Leasing and Retention: Actively lease suites and maintain salon retention.
Tour Conducting: Conduct tours for prospective salon suite tenants.
Community Building: Build and maintain a friendly community among tenants.
Communication: Answer phones and emails, direct guests to their suites.
Social media: Manage weekly social media posts and engagement.
Housekeeping: Ensure common areas are stocked and clean.
Supply Management: Purchase weekly supplies for the location.
Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Other Duties: Other duties as assigned by Area and Corporate Management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous salon or spa management experience is preferred. Experience in
leasing is a plus.
Personal Qualities:
Independent, attention to detail, empathetic, patient, stable.
Professionalism: Able to present oneself professionally.
Multitasking: Able to multitask and prioritize daily duties.
Leadership: Leads by example and communicates sensitively.
