Duties

- Organize and maintain customer appointments.
- Pull and manage permits for jobs.
- Collect payments.
- Process financing as needed.
- Coordinate event planning activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Support training development initiatives by scheduling sessions and preparing materials.
- Oversee schedule management for team members, including setting up meetings and appointments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and managing communications effectively.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is desirable.
