Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Greet patients with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
- Guide patients through their visit, ensuring they understand their treatment and feel comfortable before, during, and after their appointment.
- Support daily practice operations, helping to meet key performance goals like production and budget targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving non-clinical patient concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in team management, coaching, and performance evaluations to create a high-performing and motivated team.
- Oversee scheduling and appointment coordination, ensuring an efficient patient flow.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and doctors to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle financial responsibilities, including safeguarding bank deposits and petty cash funds.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other industry regulations to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

- 2 years of experience in dental or medical practice operations.
