This position will report to the COO and is a hybrid role with its corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.
As the Manager of Learning and Development, you’ll :
- Build and Design : Develop and implement a forward-thinking framework for all learning and development initiatives across the organization.
- Lead from the Front : Act as an individual contributor who rolls up their sleeves to create impactful programs while setting a strategic vision for L&D.
- Empower Growth : Develop tailored training programs for clinicians, support staff, and leaders to enhance skills, knowledge, and career pathways.
- Foster Engagement : Inspire a culture of continuous improvement by designing interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development courses.
- Measure Success : Use data and feedback to continually refine and improve learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
