Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Proficient in using computer systems and software. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and act with professionalism. Bilingual a plus!

- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist patients in understanding and accepting recommended treatment plans
- Coordinate treatment plans with the doctor to meet the needs of both the patient and the practice's schedule
- Handle patient inquiries, including explaining treatment options and related costs
- Negotiate financial arrangements with patients or responsible parties
- Handle all treatment paperwork, including consent forms and insurance forms
- 30-34 hours per week
- Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred
