Our Dental office is seeking a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to connect and build trust with patients. Must be able to explain and advise patients about recommended treatment plans. Review pretreatment estimates, explain balances, and collect payments. This person also assists with financial planning, is familiar with working with 3-party financing, insurance verification, and scheduling patients based on planned treatment.

Job Requirements:
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of Dentrix software preferred
- Must be familiar with All on 4 cases
- Must be able to handle big cases
- Must have a friendly customer-oriented demeanor and a commitment to excellence
- A minimum of 1-year dental sales experience and 3 years within the dental industry
- Someone with a strong knowledge of dental terminology and financial skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitask, fast learner, self-starter
- Good positive mental attitude, plus an aptitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Available to travel for t raining
- English / Spanish bilingual is preferred
THESE ARE MUST-HAVES:
- English/Spanish Bilingual (a MUST)
- Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow (a MUST)
Hourly $20 - $30 (DOE) PLUS all-team bonus PLUS individual incentive up to $2,000 ( ) monthly!
Office hours are 8:30 am- 5:30 pm Monday - Friday and we are closed Saturdays & Sundays so you can enjoy time with your family.
