What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable sports brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans!
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, designing, and implementing all branding elements, marketing materials, advertisements, and sales materials for the Salt Lake Bees.
The position will:
- Maintain, create, develop, and own the look and feel for all Salt Lake Bees branding, advertising, sales materials, and game presentation assets
- Create and maintain style guides outlining every aspect of Salt Lake Bees branding for distribution to groups both inside and outside the company
- Create advertisements for social media and digital display advertisements
- Create sales materials, including brochures, one-sheets, menus, and web-based sales materials
- Work closely with the broadcast team to create relevant and on-brand assets for videoboard and broadcast
- Propose, pitch and present new creative ideas, and campaign looks
- Report to the Senior Graphic Designer (Miller Sports Entertainment)
- Create materials to support individual sponsorship or marketing initiatives, including the development of presentations, asset mock-ups
- Support the building of a diverse culture that enriches the lives of our employees, customers, partners and communities

What are the requirements of the Job?

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, other Creative Field, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Web portfolio demonstrating strong skills in graphic design, branding, layout design, typography, image, and print with attention to detail
- A working knowledge of production processes and file preparation for print and digital products is essential
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop and InDesign
- Must be flexible regarding work hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional and positive attitude, ability to take direction and feedback from various sources
- Must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally (English)
- This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess
- Standard business hours Monday-Friday. Must be able to work 4 days in office (Sandy, UT) with one remote flex day option per week (typically Friday).

What is the wage range?
$45,000-55,000 depending on experience

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
