POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Family Services Program Manager is vital in fulfilling Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. This position oversees all aspects of family selection, partnership, and support for Habitat homeowners in the Greater Salt Lake Area. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving the community, organized, empathetic, and capable of working collaboratively with families, staff, and volunteers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Management
- Oversee the family selection and application process, ensuring compliance with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) guidelines and local policies.
- Develop and implement programs to support partner families through the homeownership process, including financial education, sweat equity hours, and post-purchase support.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, make improvements or changes that will better serve families and meet organizational goals.
