We’re seeking an experienced Regional Chef to oversee the kitchens of our three high-volume locations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and help maintain the success of a well-established brand that resonates with locals and visitors alike. As Regional Chef, you will oversee the culinary operations at each location, ensuring consistency, quality, and an unforgettable dining experience across all our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen management at three locations, ensuring high standards and consistency
- Lead, mentor, and train head chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Continued menu development with a focus on impeccable execution.
- Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
- Manage operational costs, including budgeting, inventory, and food cost control
- Foster a positive and professional culinary environment
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a chef, specializing in seafood and coastal cuisine
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple kitchens
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, food cost, ordering & scheduling
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of 30-40 employees at each location
- Strong job stability and employment history
