What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Provider position at Salt & Light Tattoo?
Salt & Light Tattoo has been tattoo artist owned and operated since 2012. Located in Chandler, Arizona and growing consistently over the past 12 years. As our team and clientele has grown, we are now looking to bring in additional members for our customer service staff!
The position involves greeting and checking in clients, various cleaning tasks, answering phones and emails, selling clothing and aftercare to clients as well as selling retail products to industry professionals.
We are looking to hire on a staff member to work part-time at $16 an hour, as this position is entry level, but - for the right person, this opportunity may grow into a full-time position with higher compensation. Part-Time hours are 5-10 hour shifts, 2-4 days per week (depending on the shift length). The shift times are between the hours of 10:30am to 8:30pm, Monday through Saturday. Availability within this time frame is a must. All training is done in studio and paid; no prior knowledge of the tattoo industry is required.
