Fine Dining Server
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Process guest payments accurately using Aloha POS system
Skills:
- Culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food handling regulations
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue
