As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales development, and customer success to drive new business and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development – Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
- Consultative Selling – Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how our solution addresses their needs.
- Full Sales Cycle Management – Own the process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
- CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and forecasts in [CRM platform, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].
- Collaboration – Work with BDRs, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Customer Advocacy – Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success for retention and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers, preferably in [industry, e.g., cloud, fintech, HR tech].
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger sales methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
