Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fine Dining Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining service, have craft cocktail experience, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a polished appearance. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the steps of service in a fine dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Provide impeccable fine dining service to our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain a well-kempt appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate expertise in executing wine service, including proper presentation and pouring techniques.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the steps of service in a fine dining restaurant.
- Offer exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, including daily specials and changes.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fine dining restaurant, and 3 years bartending.
- Extensive knowledge of wine service and fine dining steps of service.
- Proven experience in crafting and serving cocktails.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
