We're working with an international high-growth social media marketing agency who are looking for a Senior Account Manager to work across their influencer and performance marketing teams.
This is the the chance to work with some of the world's most recognizable brands across FMCG, fashion, beauty, and tech and is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office.
About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, developing bold and effective campaign strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong client management skills and a deep understanding of influencer and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met with creative, data-driven campaign strategies.
- Develop compelling proposals and pitches that showcase innovative marketing solutions.
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining quality control and proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and uncovering opportunities for account growth.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, planning) to execute campaigns successfully.
- Represent the agency in pitches, client meetings, and post-campaign reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a similar client-facing role within an agency or brand.
- Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
- Strong ability to present and sell ideas confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
