Role : Senior Account Manager
Location : Austin (relocation expenses covered)
Hybrid : 2 - 3 times on site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who will manage and grow relationships with key banking partners. You will discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your partner portfolio, successfully close deals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Our network of partners includes over 80 global banks and platforms connected to us.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive growth by working with our banking partners in North America, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your partner portfolio.
- Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, focusing on product innovation, revenue growth, and volume expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including CEOs, heads of payments, product managers, and risk managers.
- Collaborate with global teams across product management, engineering, compliance, legal, delivery, and business development.
- Design account plans that outline strategies for partner growth and expansion.
- Lead regular business reviews and ensure partners’ strategic objectives are met while achieving our own goals.
- Use data to uncover opportunities and enhance internal communication on partner performance.
