We’re working with an innovative retail brand to find a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Marketing to spearhead campaigns, elevate brand identity, and drive global engagement. Reporting into the COO and CEO, this person will manage the entire marketing function and scale operations across the portfolio of brands.
Location: On-site, New Jersey, 5 days per week
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute cutting-edge, data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth across products, categories, and global markets.
- Own the brand identity and product lifecycle, using market insights to drive innovation and customer engagement.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and bold thinking within the marketing team.
- Monitor trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify new opportunities for brand expansion.
- Lead the charge in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign development to captivate audiences and drive brand loyalty.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales to create initiatives that generate revenue and measurable impact.
- Manage brand presence at key industry events and cultivate strategic partnerships.

- Deep expertise in digital marketing and data analytics.
- Experience in consumer goods or consumer technology is a must
