Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at Salted Mill. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and attentive demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by crafting and serving drinks that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Create and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to Salted Mill's recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
• Take accurate drink orders and relay them to the bar staff.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and clean, including the preparation of garnishes and other bar supplies.
• Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and maintain a safe and responsible environment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area, including cleaning and organizing.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in mixology and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $16.28

Plus, Tips up to $16.28-$50 an hour
