Salted Roots is hiring a new Property Manager to oversee the operation of 12 nightly rental cabins on the waterfront in beautiful Seward, Alaska.
The Salted Roots Property Manager role is a multifaceted position requiring a combination of remote and on-site responsibilities. Remotely, the manager will oversee housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and payroll, while also managing guest inquiries, inventory orders, and invoice payments. Responsibilities include creating social media content, monitoring occupancy rates, managing influencer collaborations, and supporting the development of AI tools for business growth. The manager will also lead regular meetings with stakeholders and handle financial reporting.
On-site duties include supporting housekeeping, managing maintenance, coordinating seasonal tasks like snow removal or gardening, and addressing guest needs. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with social media.
