What You’ll Do:
✔ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified dental professionals (hygienists, dentists, and dental assistants)
✔ Develop strategic sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates in the dental field
✔ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
✔ Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
✔ Stay up-to-date with dental industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-5 years of dental recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successful placements
✅ Strong network of dental professionals and ability to build long-term relationships
