Responsibilities
- Develop, grow and lead the Central Texas Civil Engineering Team, developing expertise in major areas of water resources, water / wastewater treatment, transportation and / or stormwater infrastructure.
- Utilize Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development Teams to develop and execute a businesses development plan for the Central Texas Region. Integrate with the overall strategy of the Civil Engineering Division.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, teaming partners and industry leaders.
- Represent Parkhill as a technical expert at interviews and disputes.
- Work across Sectors and office locations to fully utilize Parkhill’s experiential knowledge.
- Ensure team members are practicing Parkhill’s keystone habits in all Areas of Excellence.
- Serve as Sr. Project Manager or Project Principal on large civil engineering projects.
