THURSDAY & FRIDAY 2 - 7PM

SATURDAYS 10 - 6PM *every 3rd Saturday off *

Additional hours can be discussed after probationary period *

Job Summary:

As a Saltwater Wellness representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of all floatation therapy sessions. Your role involves assisting clients before, during, and after their float experiences, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in float rooms, and promoting the benefits of float therapy to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, provide information about floatation therapy, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Preparation: Prepare float rooms before each session, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
• Session Management: Guide clients through pre-float and post-float procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the session.
• Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in float rooms and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish supplies such as towels, earplugs, and other amenities used in float sessions.
• Promotion: Educate clients on the benefits of floatation therapy, promote additional services, and assist in sales of spa memberships or packages.
• Administration: Schedule appointments, handle payments, and maintain accurate records of client information and session details.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of floatation therapy and its benefits is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
