Our growing sales and eCommerce team is looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales & eCommerce Coordinator to help support our sales efforts and manage our online retail presence.
Position Summary:
As a Sales & eCommerce Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team while also assisting with the management of our eCommerce platforms, including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, and others. This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent time management skills, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of sales and eCommerce operations in the toy industry.
Reports To: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, sales reports, and customer communication.
- Maintain and update sales records, product catalogs, and pricing sheets.
- Prepare sales presentations and support materials for meetings with retailers.
- Coordinate sample requests and shipments for buyers and partners.
eCommerce Management:
- Help manage and optimize product listings on eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Support promotional activities, pricing updates, and content enhancements.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Generate reports and insights using Excel, including sales data, inventory levels, and marketing performance.
- Maintain accurate records of online sales and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce strategies.
- Apply a strong understanding of SEO and keyword research to improve product visibility and search rankings across all platforms.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Generate reports and insights using Excel, including sales data, inventory levels, and marketing performance.
- Maintain accurate records of online sales and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 years of experience in sales support, eCommerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization for eCommerce platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
